We hope that you are delighted with your Sumohome order. If for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights should you wish to return a product.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, and in an unopened, saleable condition. Only regular priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded. A full refund to the original method of payment will be made for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • If you are returning an item because of damage to packaging or an order error on our part, you are eligible for an item exchange. You should contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss an item exchange by emailing us using the contact us form on this website www.sumohome.co.uk
  • All items for refund or exchange should be returned in the original packaging in which the items were received. You must firstly notify us by email if you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange by sending us an email on this Website using the contact us form. All items returned for a refund or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • When returning an order for a refund or exchange, you should use a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the returned item reaches us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item will reach us.
  • Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Notification of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange will be sent to you.
